Choi Jong-In / Makoto Mogami (최종인) is a character in the series “Solo Leveling. And Korean S-Rank Hunter who specializes in fire magic and the Guild Master of the Hunters Guild.
Appearance
Makoto Mogami, a slender young man with red hair styled in a curtain cut parted over the left side of his right eye, consistently sports an amiable smile and favors striped business suits. When he activates his abilities, his eyes illuminate in a vibrant magenta hue. During raids, he dons a striking goldish-brown and white suit, complemented by a flowing red cape and adorned with a set of eight rings.
Personality
Choi is a sly and friendly individual who does not easily falter under pressure and is quick to catch on to things. He is also a chain smoker and can almost always be found outside smoking a cigarette.
Abilities
Makoto Mogami is the strongest mage-type hunter in Korea and implied to be around Baek’s level of strength. However, he is still significantly weaker than his lieutenant Cha Hae-In.
