Before the release of the Kizumonogatari -Koyomi Vamp- anime film in Japan on January 12, 2024, television viewers will have the opportunity to witness an unusual moment in history. A commercial, boasting a staggering eight-minute duration, is scheduled for a New Year’s Day broadcast on TOKYO MX, making it the longest commercial in the history of Japanese terrestrial television.
The ad is set to air only once at 6:00 pm Japan Time on January 1, 2024. Following the broadcast, it will be available on YouTube starting at around 6:15 pm.
Kizumonogatari -Koyomi Vamp- condenses the Kizumonogatari film trilogy, based on the novel by NISIOISIN, into a single film. The team from SHAFT and the original Kizumonogatari films, including director Tatsuya Oishi, character designer Hideyuki Morioka, sound director Yota Tsuruoka, and composer Satoru Kosaki, all return for -Koyomi Vamp-.
