Synopsis

Fate Graphite is a poor gatekeeper for the Vlerick family of which three children, Hado, Memil and Rafale and bully him due to their status as knights of the holy throne. Unfortunately, Fates only strength is Gluttony that doesn’t do anything but make him hungry for the rest of his life. The only person who can show his kindness is the Holy Knight Roxy Hart. Bandits steal the Vlerick home and Fate will end up killing one. Surprised, Gluttony devours the soul of the bandit and increases Fates strength, and also giving him bandits’ abilities that include Appraisal as well as Telepathy. Roxy invites him to be a part-time employee for her Hart family however he is nervous to go. He is hesitant to leave.

Gluttony could be beneficial after all Fate purchases a black rusty sword only to realize that with Telepathy it’s the magical sword Greed. Rafale is discovered to be studying immortality. With Greeds assistance Fate fights off a goblin pack taking in their strength and capabilities. Greed suggests to keep Gluttony secret since it’s an illegal skill that is contrary to Divine Law. When he returns home, Telepathy shows an adventurer abducting an innocent girl to sell to a corrupt knight for sexual slavery. Although he isn’t sure how strong the smuggler could be, Fate is there to rescue the girl.
