The TV anime “Hananoi-kun and the Benefits of Love,” which is set to air on 28 TBS stations starting April 4th, has unveiled its first episode titled “Nice to Meet You.”
On her way home one day, Hotaru Hinase witnesses her classmate Hananoi-kun, known for his remarkably average appearance with a standard deviation score of over 80 for both his head and face, experiencing a heartbreak. Despite her disinterest in romance, Hotaru finds herself intrigued by the situation. She offers him an umbrella as he stands alone in the snowy park, sparking an unexpected connection between them. Later, Hananoi-kun surprises Hotaru by confessing his feelings for her and asking her out on a date.
